SuperPlane releases

Product releases, integration updates and reliability improvements for SuperPlane.

Factory first onboarding and expanded integrations

This release introduces a factory first onboarding flow, direct links to workflow runs and a broader set of GitLab capabilities. It also adds Linear integration and improves cross app runs, runner tasks and canvas versioning.

What else is in this release

New capabilities
  • New apps open on a factory first landing page with inline setup and a direct path to production.
  • The new run() expression exposes the run ID, URL and start time so components can link back to the workflow that created an output.
  • Linear joins the integrations list with actions and triggers for creating, finding and updating issues.
Integrations
  • GitLab adds new push, branch, issue and merge request capabilities.
  • GitHub adds an action for updating pull requests.
  • Claude and Cursor gain structured output support plus improved agent configuration and session recovery.
Reliability and security
  • Cross app runs can run synchronously with a configurable timeout while active runs can be cancelled asynchronously.
  • Canvas history and staged drafts stay synchronized when you return to the current version.
  • API keys support scopes and expiration while organization boundaries and outgoing mail headers receive stronger protection.

This release adds richer console dashboards, a faster run inspector and one way broadcast messaging between apps. It also makes long configuration fields easier to edit and expands file support across integrations.

What else is in this release

New capabilities
  • Scorecard widgets show a key metric with status, target progress and a trend.
  • Apps can broadcast one way messages to other apps in the same organization.
  • Multi line configuration fields can open in a focused full page editor.

  • GitLab adds deployment and merge request actions.
  • Claude, OpenAI, Cursor, Discord and GitHub gain broader file and artifact support.
