Use the Business plan’s $50 shared monthly allowance for managed machines and managed models. Usage beyond that allowance draws from your prepaid balance. Purchased credits remain valid for 12 months.

Know what contributes to usage

SuperPlane usage includes:

• Managed Linux machine time at the published rate for the selected size and architecture.
• Managed model tokens at the provider rate plus 10%.
• Retries and repeated verification steps that run machines or models again.

There is no charge for each team member. External services that you connect can bill you separately.

Establish a baseline

Run a small set of similar tasks through one line. Record typical model usage, machine time, retry count and cost for each completed result before you increase volume.

Compare the baseline with the $50 monthly allowance. Fund the prepaid balance before expected usage exceeds the allowance so active work can continue.

Limit expensive work

• Keep backlog tasks focused.
• Set conservative concurrency for line steps.
• Use a suitable model for each stage.
• Investigate repeated failures before retrying.
• Stop work that needs an unavailable person or system.

Review budget signals

Watch total spend, spend on unsuccessful work and cost for each completed result. Compare cost with throughput and reliability before you increase capacity.

Unused monthly allowance expires at renewal. Purchased credits have a 12 month validity period. Track these balances separately when you plan future work.
